DS Max Club (Powered by DMC lifestyle and Hospitality Pvt. Ltd.) – Refund & Replacement Policy

 

1. 24-Hour Refund Eligibility

Customers are eligible for a full refund if the booklet/card has not been used within 24 hours of purchase and no coupon code or service has been redeemed during this period.

2. Vendor Closure or Service Unavailability

If any listed vendor is permanently closed or fails to provide the committed service, DS Max Club reserves the right to offer either:

A replacement coupon/card, or

A refund, subject to verification.

3. No Refund After Usage

Once any coupon code, offer, or service has been used/redeemed, the booklet/card will be considered activated and no refund request will be accepted.

4. Force Majeure / Natural Disaster

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or any unforeseen circumstances affecting service availability, DS Max Club may, at its sole discretion:

Extend the validity period of the booklet/card, or

Issue a replacement booklet/card.

5. Limitation of Liability

DS Max Club’s liability is strictly limited to the amount paid by the customer at the time of booklet purchase.

The responsibility for service quality, delivery, and fulfillment rests solely with the respective Vendor/Service Provider.

6. Refund & Replacement Approval

All refund or replacement requests are subject to DS Max Club’s internal verification and approval process. The final decision of DS Max Club shall be binding.

General Applicability

This policy is applicable to all customers and is deemed accepted upon purchase of the DS Max Club Booklet.
