3. User ID & Check-in
Valid government ID required at check-in.
Couple-friendly stays & local ID acceptance follow hotel rules.
Non-compliance may result in denied check-in.

4. Check-in / Check-out
Times per hotel policy.
Early check-in or late check-out subject to availability & extra charges.

5. Payment
Use authorized payment methods only.
Not responsible for bank/gateway/third-party failures.

6. Cancellation & Refund
Policies depend on property & booking type.
Refunds follow hotel rules; some promotions/tours may be non-refundable.

7. Discounts, Coupons & Membership
Coupons transferable; lost cards cannot be reissued.

9. Property Rules & Guest Conduct

Responsible for damage or misconduct.
Violations may result in non-refundable removal.

User-provider disputes

11. Intellectual Property

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Indian courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

If a vendor/outlet closes, customers may get a card of equal value at another outlet.

App booklets, certificates, membership offers are provided only by vendors, not Ds Max Club Trip Experts.
