Hourly bookings are available only for select partner properties.
3. User Eligibility & Identification
Users must provide valid government-approved photo ID at check-in.
Couple-friendly stays are subject to hotel policy and acceptance of local ID, where applicable.
Hotels reserve the right to deny check-in if ID requirements are not met.
4. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in and check-out times are governed by the partner hotel’s policy.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
5. Payments
All payments must be made through authorised payment modes available on the platform.
Ds Max Club Trip Experts is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, gateways, or third-party providers.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by property and booking type.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the partner hotel’s cancellation policy.
Certain promotional bookings and tour packages may be non-refundable.
7. Discounts, Coupons & Membership
Discount coupons are non-transferable and valid for limited periods only.
Ds Max Club Trip Experts reserves the right to modify or withdraw offers without prior notice.
Membership benefits are subject to terms defined at the time of purchase.
8. Tour Packages
Tour packages (including Goa, Andaman, and other destinations) are customised services.
Inclusions, exclusions, itinerary, and pricing will be shared at the time of booking.
Cancellation, amendment, and refund policies vary and will be communicated separately.
9. Property Rules & Conduct
Guests must comply with the rules and regulations of the property.
Any damage to property or misconduct will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
The hotel reserves the right to evict guests for violation of rules without refund.
10. Limitation of Liability
Ds Max Club Trip Experts shall not be liable for:
Quality of accommodation, services, or amenities provided by third-party partners
Loss, injury, theft, delay, or inconvenience during the stay
Any disputes between users and service providers
11. Intellectual Property
All logos, trademarks, content, and branding related to Ds Max Club Trip Experts are the exclusive property of the company and may not be used without written permission.
12. Amendments

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
